Dirty cab? Report it in 30 seconds.

You take a photo, someone checks it, the cab gets washed, someone checks the wash. Every step has a name and a time, so nobody has to argue about who left what.

Take one cab from dirty to clean

Use your phone. The checker, the washer and the manager each have their own PIN, and each one sees only what they need: the checker decides, the washer washes, the manager watches. I'll give you the PINs. It's all test data in there, so click whatever you like.

  1. Report it like a driverType the first letters of a reg (try MJ), pick the truck, tap Dirty cab and add a photo.

  2. Check itLog in with the checker PIN. Your report is in To check. Approve it, or reject it and pick a reason.

  3. Wash itLog out, log in with the washer PIN. Tap Mark washed and take an after photo.

  4. Check the washBack in as checker, open QC. Before and after are side by side. Pass it or send it back.

  5. Look up the truckLog in with the manager PIN (view only). Open Done, type the reg, tap Show history. Every wash, dent and empty tank, with who and when.

  6. See the bigger pictureCharts built from the same log: reports per month, how long a cab stays clean after a wash. For now it runs on test data.

Why bother

Dirty cabs

Cups, mud, fag smell. You get it from the shift before and nobody knows who.

Empty tanks

Fuel is meant to go in at the end of a shift. When it doesn't, the next driver loses paid time at the pump.

New dents

Found in the morning, with no idea when it happened or who saw it first.
